Q. Are your parts and accessories Genuine OEM?

A. Yes, we are an authorized reseller who sources its parts from the largest OEM dealerships in the US. 

Q. What happens if you send me the wrong part?

A. We make every effort to send the correct item by requesting the VIN # when we process the order.  If the item received is incorrect and we don’t have the VIN # we will request it again to verify fitment and find a solution in order to provide the correct item. Please see our Returns Policy for additional information. 

Q. What happens if I order the wrong part?

A. If an item you ordered isn't correct as long as it is in original condition, uninstalled, and in the original packaging it can be returned. Some returns will be subject to a restock charge. Please see our Returns Policy for additional information.

Q. How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?

A. Shipping times vary due to distance and product availability. Ground shipping may take up to 7-10 days.   

Q. What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?

A. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for steps to initiate a return. 

Q. What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?

A. We protect all domestic shipments shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico via FedEx, UPS, and USPS with Extend. This coverage protects applicable orders from loss, theft, or damage. You can file a claim on your affected shipment using one of the following steps. 

  1. Visit the Extend Customer Claims portal to chat with their digital assistant. Kaley is available 24/7 to help buyers with their claims.

  2. Call Extend Support via a toll-free number at (877) 248-7707 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday.

Q. What is a VIN and why do I need it?

A. Your Vehicle Identification Number tells us everything about your vehicle, from engine codes to interior color to the day it was built. To ensure you order the correct part or accessory for your vehicle, we recommend entering your VIN number into our search bar when ordering. 

Q. Where can I find my vin?

A. The easiest place to find your vehicle's VIN is on your insurance card, but you can also find it on your registration or on the driver's door jam or at the base of the windshield on the driver's side.

Q. Do you ship outside the US?

A. Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please see our Shipping Policy for further information. 

Q. Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

A. We do offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost that include air and next day shipments. Please note, next day options are limited to product availability. If your order is needed the next day, please contact us for stock status before placing your order.  

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?

A. We use UPS, USPS, and third party freight carriers. 

Q. Can I track my package?

A. Yes, tracking will be provided once your order ships. 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.

Q. What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

A. Please contact us immediately to cancel or modify your order in any way. 

Q. Do I need to have an account to order a part?

A. You do not need an account to order, but having an account will help us better serve you by accessing your order history, vin number, and communicating promotions. 

Q. Do you offer a warranty on parts and accessories?

A. All products are limited to the warranty offered by each individual manufacturer. 

Q. How do replacement parts affect my vehicle’s warranty?

A. Since our products are all genuine OEM they have no effect to your vehicle’s warranty if installed professionally. 

Q. How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?

A. To ensure you're getting the correct parts and accessories for your vehicle, provide your VIN when placing your order. We will manually check your order for fitment and accuracy.

Q. Why are OEM parts better for my vehicle? Can’t I just get a cheaper aftermarket part?

A. We recommend original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts because they were designed specifically for your vehicle. Most automakers also back up their OEM parts with a one-year warranty. And if you get your car repaired at the dealership, they'll usually stand by their labor as well. 

Aftermarket replacement parts on the other hand can be cheaper, but they're also less likely to deliver peak performance. An aftermarket replacement part is any part or accessory for a vehicle that isn’t sourced from the car's maker.

Q. How do I tell if the part is for the driver’s side or the passenger’s side?

A. The driver's side is the right hand and the passenger side is the left hand.

A. As we do business in every state, we do charge sales tax on orders.
